It is the responsibility of EVERY member to be familiar with ALL aspects of these Procedures and ensure that they are observed at all times.
Each member should also make themselves familiar with the location of First Aid Kits, Fire Extinguishers and all Log Books.
Reference to Locomotives is deemed to include miniature Road Vehicles & Traction Engines.
