Dangerous Models – such as Seaplanes, Flying Boats, Airboats, Hovercraft, and internal combustion powered models, or HIGH SPEED POWER BOATS are NOT allowed on the water.
Safe Retrieval of stranded models – a rope boom or rowing boat will be available from the Park depot. Entry into the lake must be a last resort, and must be with aid of a support stick and in the presence of other members.
Lifejackets – must be worn when using either the boat or waders. No more than 2 persons may use the boat at any one time. Junior members must not use the rescue boat unless accompanied by a responsible adult.
Lone members – should not enter the lake under any circumstances as you will be putting yourself at unnecessary risk
